Takara’s Microman line was the spiritual and literal predecessor to the Micronauts. Microman is a Japanese toy line that Mego licensed and brought to the states. Many of the Microman figures, like Time Traveler, Pharoid and Biotron are nearly exact replicas.
There are a number of excellent Microman sites out there, particularly the incredibly comprehensive Microman Forever site, so I won’t replicate what they’ve done. But on the off chance you’re not familiar with the franchise, this area catalogs some of my own Microman collection, past and present.
